"No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it."

– Albert Einstein

Individual Therapy

In order to solve a problem or overcome a challenge, we often need to change our way of thinking and approach the problem from a different perspective. If we continue to think and act in the same way that created the problem, it can be hard or impossible to find a solution. Therapy can help individuals to gain a new perspective on their problems and challenges, and to develop new ways of thinking and behaving that can lead to positive and lasting change.

An elevated level of consciousness is achieved once we become more aware of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and learn to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and our experiences. Through therapy, individuals can gain insight into their patterns of thinking and behavior and can learn to identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs that may be contributing to their problems.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, stress, body image issues, trauma, or other mental health challenges, individual therapy can help. In a safe and supportive environment, we’ll work together to help you overcome your challenges and achieve your goals. My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs.
